Anime music is really great because there's different kinds. There are offical soundtracks, character songs, drama CDs which have anime music in them, and then there are the opening and ending theme music for the anime.

In my opinion, the Anime would be incomplete without music. The soundtrack is very nice and whenever you hum or sing it, you would remember the movie. By the way, what is your favorite Anime soundtrack?

Like I said on another post, I love the anime nana for its soundtrack. I also loved the intro on slam dunk, some samurai x's and ending song for gensomaden saiyuki.

i enjoy animes that are music based, especially since i am a musical type of person. i enjoy the music from nana, beck, and k-on!

I like the soundtrack of flame of recca. It's really catchy. I never get tired of it. :)

so i was in the mood for watching another music based anime besides beck, nana, and k-on!

First of all I'm excited for the k-on! second season.

Second, I recently finished watching this "old" anime called kaikan phase. At first in the beginning it was a bit slow but later on it was awesome. I enjoy the music to that too.

Third, just a warning.. after watching the animes I just mentioned you might want to be a musician and make music :] i know it did that for me.
